They Get Stuck!

I thought we would enjoy this automatic card shuffler as we play several card games a day. It really is too much trouble to try to use as the cards get stuck, either on one side or the other, and then all the cards on the opposite side go down. They really don't get mixed up this way. We have tried gently holding both sides as they shuffle, but to no avail. I would send it back, but it is hardly worth the time and money. So, we lose.
