Especially related to "freedom from should" and "purpose is your engine." I am continually working on not "shoulding" on myself, and modeling this for clients. I also believe purpose is a significant piece in healing from almost all pathology. So glad to see these concepts (plus many others) in the written word! It reinforces all that I know thus far in my own journry to be healthy, curative, and wise.
