Dont buy the dvd, get the book

Given the price I paid for this dvd ($40) I cannot think of a time I received less value from a product. I can only imagine that the majority of its "years in the making" were spent sitting on a shelf as they debated whether or not to release it at all. The presentation and production is downright embarrassing and while most players will find some interesting information in this short overview of tells, it falls far short of my expectations.
