The Family Guy steps out of the TV screen and into a new bimonthly series from Devil's Due! Each of the three volumes collected in this series focused on one of the star characters, and their views on life... however skewed they may be! Want advice from Peter or Stewie? Probably not, but they're going to give it to you anyway! In between these hilarious one-on-one segments are stories rivaled only by the TV show itself. more info

Homelessness, Illegal Immigration, The War on Terror: Serious subjects that deserve respect...Unless you are part of the Griffin family. In that case, expect political incorrectness, buffoonery, and people acting like idiots.
First, we have Peter the patriarch. He is loud, obnoxious, not too bright, overweight, overbearing, guaranteed to do or say the wrong thing at the wrong time, yet somehow still manages to be lovable. Lois, the matriarch grew up a wealthy child of privilege in Newport, Rhode Island. She could have married any man she wanted...Yet she chose Peter...A fact that still gives her parents heartburn. Daughter Meg just wants someone to listen to her...except no one does listen. Her therapy bills are going to be astronomical. Son Chris wants to be just like his dad, which is too bad..., but at least he is a talented artist. Brian the dog, walks on two legs..., talks..., drinks..., dates human women..., and has a big crush on Lois. Finally, there is Stewie the toddler. He is obsessed with finding ways to kill his mother and achieving world domination. He is probably going to come out of the closet in a few years and for some reason, he has a British accent.
Fans of the Family Guy TV show, should love this book. No other family like the Griffin's can make you cringe and laugh hysterically at the same time!
I LOVE Family Guy! I own all the DVD's and I watch the show on Sunday nights. It's not that terrorism and homelessness is funny. What makes Family Guy a gem is the fact that Peter is such an idiot; I can't help but laugh at him. I happen to like satirical humor and if you do too, you won't be disappointed in this book

Sarcasm, wit, and suffering -well done. Great art. Medicine for the masochistic masses. Wholehearted recommendation. -Chimpanjesus
