My family enjoys playing Hand and Foot, a card game which, I believe, needs 7 decks of cards. To shuffle all the cards after each hand, it is time consuming as well as tiring for the hands. We can shuffle all the decks in no time and barely any effort with this shuffler. The directions could be a bit more clear on the use of this machine but it is very simple and our kids love to use it. It makes shuffling more fun now and we don't dread that part anymore when each hand is finished being played. Everyone even wants to take a turn shuffling as well as it is entertainment for all to watch. Just be sure to put all the cards on each side almost exactly even and press the button. Great fun to add to anyone's card playing!

This is the kind of gift you will give to someone you really, really hate. This thing does NOT shuffle plus it WILL eat up your cards badly. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE... that is unless you wish to annoy the hell out of someone and have fun doing so. If you do go ahead and spend your hard earn mula on this purchase, here are some suggestions on how you can use your brand new Card Shuffler.

I belong to a group who play a card game using 5 decks, this shuffler makes it much easier and faster to mix the cards. So far it has performed very well, and is not as noisy as some I have used.

This 6 deck card shuffler by Pachi Paradice, which I bought on 4/25/09, does not work. One side of it does not operate and I have used different batteries in it to be sure that isn't the problem but the gears for that side will not turn. I bought it at the request of a friend and she didn't use it for several days and I didn't know on receipt that it didn't work. I don't have the paper work that came with it, evidently she threw it away. Do I have any recourse with this in a refund or replacement?

I bought this shuffler to shuffle two Munchkin decks (346 cards, which is 6+ standard decks) at a time. I was concerned because these cards are slightly smaller than a standard deck. However, it works well even with these cards; occasionally a card will fall out of place (I think because of the slightly smaller size), but there is no ripping or tearing and the card is easy to retrieve from the shuffler. My only complaint is it is a little noisy (not annoyingly so, just enough to make our cats sit up and take notice). It's a simple design; just push a lever and it merges two piles of cards.

I bought 2 of the 6 deck shufflers mostly out of curiosity. It is mechanically like the older model 4 deck shuffler so will probably not have a very long service life. Unless you need to shuffle 6 decks of cards, I would recommend buying the 4-deck model.

Don't Buy the Imported 6 Deck Shuffler

I have had 3 of these shufflers-- 1 purchased at a local store in Granbury, Texas and 2 ordered from Amazon. The first one ordered from Amazon was the Casino brand name and the second,most recently ordered shuffler,was the CHH brand name. All of thesed shufflers look identical and are made in China. None work right. All three have failed to shuffle the cards correctly. This is a cheaply made product, and I do not plan to buy any more products from Amazon unless I get a refund for the second one purchased through your company. If you are not able to do this then, please remove my credit card number from your files.

This was a great shopping experience. Very easy to do, the product works like a charm. I have arthritis and we play games at our senior center that require 6 to 8 decks of cards. So this helps me a lot. It arrived on time and was a reasonable price.

When the product arrived we put batteries in it and only one half of the shuffler worked. Where is my options for rating the item that never worked..

When we received this product to give as a gift, it was broken. We had to return and they do not replace the item only refund the item so I had to reorder.

Better than Shuffling by hand......

This card shuffler is better than shuffling by hand. I ordered one last Christmas, and it is still working moderately well. One negative aspect of this shuffler is the fact that the rubber wheels feeding the cards into the holder will collect the dust and dirt from the cards and eventually will not shuffle the cards evenly. If you clean the wheels with a cotton swab and glass cleaner, it works well again. It has lasted my parents an entire year, and works well enough to have been worth the purchase. It is noisy, it is cheaply made, and was delivered with a disconnected wire. Fortunately, my father could easily fix it, once he figured out how to take it apart, because he is machanically inclined. It will make a game of "Hand and Foot" (version of Canasta) go much more quickly, and the cards are more evenly distrubuted than if you shuffled them for 5 minutes by hand. I am going to order another one this year only because the rubber wheels have worn out making the shuffle uneven, and I don't want to shuffle by hand. It is not a fancy gadget, but it gets the job done.
